I'm in possession of an email from FNB PREMIER banking staff acknowledging I met the criteria for the slow lounge. After that they still go and charge me for my slow lounge usage. This was for swipes made on the 29 JUNE which FNB SAYS DON'T QUALIFY. BECAUSE THE SWIPES IS TOO LATE IN THI'm in possession of an email from FNB PREMIER banking staff acknowledging I met the criteria for the slow lounge. Tracey gave me a reference and promise feedback. This is the feedback.

1. No follow up from the premier banker until after the 4 th time I called she decided to call back.
2. First she said the manager must decide. The next day the manager was in a meeting. And then an email the manager must decide.
3. My hand is now forced to go the ombudsman route. A bank I supported since BOP-T. What a pity. Have to look at a more people orientated bank now.
