Slow Lounge
Benefince ONLY if

I have been with FNB for several years and i'm getting more and more disappointed by the benefice they are offering. The slow lounge benefice is a benefice ONLY if you meet this criteria, then this one and finally this one.
It seems like the criteria are changing on regular basis and it is not clear to know what apply and when you go in the slow lounge (for Free) they just don't tell you if yes or no you will pay for it.
If i knew i will pay 2 X 250.00 ZAR for a cool drink and a poor quality food, I would certainly not have been there.
Moreover, i did not get a slip for the payment which i guess should be issued when i pay with either my cheque or credit card.
