POOR COMMUNICATION FOR QUALIFYING CRITERIA

I was at the Cape Town International airport and decided to go to the SLOW LOUNGE for the first time. I produced my Platinum Cheque card and my Boarding Pass. The receptionist offered me a complimentary massage which I accepted. Great. I love FNB... HAS SUCH WONDERFUL BENEFITS. Two days later my account has been debited for R250 for the SLOW LOUNGE. I call their call centre and Yegen Govender explains to me that there is actually a qualifying criteria for the SLOW LOUNGE. My question is, should the receptionist not have made me aware there and then that I am going to be paying for this service. Should FNB not send an SMS, like they do with most products, to CLEARLY NOTIFY me that there is a qualifying criteria, being a Platinum card holder is NOT ENOUGH. FNB uses marketing gimmicks, to draw us in and in the end we pay for what they term a BENEFIT. I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. I actually would like to be reimbursed because they have now taken me out of my budget. I would NOT HAVE GONE TO THE SLOW LOUNGE IF I KNEW IT WAS GOING TO COME OFF MY ACCOUNT!
