Yesterday 04/06/2013 at about 9am i made a fight booking for unaccompanied minor on return flight from JHB to Dbn with ref no 2JMA6L and i was given ref no to use at pick n pay when paying with deadline of 8hrs to make payment. I tried more than 5 times to pay but report given by till was to contact saa because system cannot recognise ref. i then called saa call centre wil at a shop i was given respond that i must re do it cause they have retifired problem but still not going through. Then i want to another pick and pay and same happened. This morning at 8am i tried again at pick and pay and stil happened. I again called saa call centre and lady told m to cancel booking and do another booking and we did that together and new ref was given. She then told me to call after 2 hrs to confirm booking sothat i can go and pay at pick npay.
At 14hh00 i made that call and was told they cannot confirm it and i must call later.
The service at that call centre is bad and some of the staff working there they talk unproffessionally and they seem to have deffirent information regarding the serive they offer.
This is annoying and bad for the brand. We are always told we must support our brands but
