SAA poor service on bookings/Daylight!

I called SAA on Tuesday 26th of March to book a return flight for HRE/JHB, after numerous tries to book online and my session kept telling me that my booking was no longer available. So after deciding to call the Airline, i spoke to a lady who told me that fares had gone up to R4009, 70 (a minute after i had tried over 2hours to pay the initial R3771, 00) and gave me up until Wednesday 2pm to pay for my booking at Pick'n Pay. I went to pay, and realized that the email confirmation i had received from SAA didn't have a ref # to use for payment so i called SAA and got told that my booking had been cancelled and i had to now rebook at a cost of R4800. I told them i wasn't going to pay because it was not yet 2pm and asked for my call to be traced. The new lady i spoke to by the name of Beverly said i would get a call from Escalations within an Hour. 2hours later i still hadn't received a call so i called again, only to be told that i will get a call from Escalations after 24hours! My flight is supposed to be for Friday, what an inconvenience and waste of time! All my plans have to be put on hold because of poor service providence, someone needs to take responsibility and act on this!
