Booking Cancelled For No Reason

I made a booking on Sunday 19-01-2014 on SAA website, today I decided to make payment on the website which I did and after few minutes I got an email that the payment and booking has been cancelled. I called the call centre, the operator confirm my details requested my Credit Card number again, then told me she is waiting for the billing department to get back to her. She said I will have to call back, and after 30mins I called back to be told that I can only make payment at the airport which will attract an extra R500, I asked please can I go make the payment at Pick n Pay, which the cost is only R95 but they insist for no reason that I most go to the airport so that I can pay R500 extra by force. This is disgusting and if SAA can't handle Credit Card payment for what whatever reason, at least I should still be able to pay at pick n pay and not forced to pay them R500 extra when I can pay R95 charge at Pick n Pay.
