I am very disappointed in Kulula Airlines this morning. I am trying to book a flight for myself and my infant to attend a funeral in Jhb. Firstly I tried to do the booking on Monday evening and there where problems when we wanted to do the payment. WE had to phone the offices and this was after hours. So I knew the prices were going to go up the next day. I tried early morning and once again the system said there was a problem with the infant and I needed to call the office. I called the Kulula Line and held on for 15 minutes, then I was told to do booking alone for myself and then call them do to the infant booking. This I did, and even booking myself, I could not process the payment to get confirmation to call Kulula and do booking for my baby. Therefore it must be a problem from Kululas side. Long story short, I phoned them again and it took almost 1 hour to process the booking and also the call centre had so many problems to do the booking and the prices just kep going up. Therefore, I ended up paying R 3450 for a ticket which, if I paid for it onlin e would of been R 2201. I am very disappointed they they cannot grant me discount and not even vitality discount due to Kulula e
