I had 6 flights from durban- joburg -cairo - heathrow departed december 2012 returning january 2013. i claimed online in january this year and the site put up a message saying 45 days to process. i forgot about and remembered today and checked my miles and i got miles for 3 out of 6 flights. i sent an email to the voyager contact, and got no response then called and spoke to the most arrogant call centre agent ive ever spoken to. and not only did she not only say SAA is not responsible for not giving me feedback as to the processing of my claims for missing miles, i am responsible for not phoning after 45 days to check on the status of the claim. what kind of a service is SAA voyager running? i called on 18-oct-2013 between 4:30 and 4:45. if the website didnt work then how come i got miles for my 1 international flight and didnt get for the other 3? should it have not worked for all 3??? and the attitude of the call centre agent was the worst - instead of apologising on behalf of SAA - she said its basically my fault for not calling the call centre agent after 45 days! Nothing short of an apology from this agent will do! i am supposed to be on silver tier but now i need more miles!
