Dnt Citiliner Buses Get Serviced Before Departure?

As a student at universiy the first thing that comes to mind is saving money so i made a bus booking with Citiliner cause it was affordable and apparantly "safe and reliable " the bus took of from bellville in the early hour of 07:15 the 1st problem was that the aircon hole above me could not close so i remained calm until the host came to shove toilet paper inside to atleast have as little air to come out as possible all was smooth until we stopped in the middle of no-where in stormsriver (6pm) at 1st the driver said there was no water in the bus so he begged us for water so we gave him he then said it wasnt water something had come lose in the engine and required a technician who would come from Port Elizabeth which was 1.5hours away where we were stuck people were calm until 2hours had passed wen the driver was asked questions he just shouted at us the mechanic only arrived 4hours after getting stuck im very dissapointed in Citiliner infact im planing to cancel ma return ticket and go to Greyhound instead just to not experience the same fiasco again.
