After more than 10 years as a client, I am still treated with disdain. I updated my blackberry around November last year and after a few months, it packed-up. The standard 30 days to 'inspect' resulted in them acknowledging the unit was indeed faulty and I was given a new blackberry. A few months later this one too, packed-up and after the same 30-days routine, they advised that the phone had water damage - that convenient old fall-back! My phone has never been close to water and after some 9/10 mails and some dozen phone calls where I was shunted from pillar to post, with ALL management types constantly in meetings/protected from reality, I have been told that they will not replace the phone - either with a new one or even a refurbished one! Ms Swart is on record telling me that cell phones can be damaged by humidity, steam, being in ones pocket??? When I said I want out of my contract, she advised I must pay R4, 500 - odd!! I really do not wish to have anything more to do with Nashua as I have endured their poor service for too many years. I want out but will not be blackmailed into paying them R4, 500 for their faulty phones. Please assist
