I have a few contracts with Nashua Mobile, two of which are for my teenage daughters, with Blackberry phones. these phones have given endless problems, this is the forth time they have been sent in for repairs. They have been with Nashua Mobile since the 22 January, any mother especially a working mother will agree that to be out of touch with your children is unacceptable - I need to know what time extra murals end, where and when to fetch them ext. I have asked Nashua Mobile to take this up with Blackberry as I don't think repairing the phones is a option, simply because within two weeks they will be broken again. I feel we received dud handsets and am very unhappy with the don't care attitude I have received. In my last correspondence 19/2, I advised Nashua (Marinus) that I was going to stop my debit order and take out a contract with another service provider - which I have done. Not even this could get a response. I have been a client for the past 8 years and am very disappointed and will have no future dealings with this company.
