Bad service very pathetic

I'm very disgusted with Nashua Mobile. I have a company contract with them and took two Blackberry curve on contract. Few months later i started having problems with the phones. I took the first one back to them in December for repairs and it took over a month with no courtesy phone. Then i took another one in mid December, went to collect my phone end of Jan and it was not repaired. Spoke to a lady called Adel who promised to call me back but to no avail. Was told that my phone had water damage so it wont be repaired, i told them that i never had any water on my phone if it was water damage then it was damaged by Nashua. My phone was sent back again for repairs it came back after weeks, still not repaired and no reason. What should i do for me to have a working phone, I'm struggling to communicate with my clients and its affecting my performance. We have a big contract with Nashua and pay them on time. This is rubbish, why should we as there client suffer like this to get service. I want a working phone now can't wait for months again. This is pathetic and very unprofessional
