I have had the worst customer experience with Nashua! I took out 2 Blackberry Z10 Contracts on 03/03/13. On the 27/03/13, the one phone went faulty & stopped loading the OS & on 30/03/13, the other Z10 went dead. Both phones have been booked in for repair on those dates & since than (17 Days Later), I have been given a run around story from Nashua. I have made numerous phone calls in the past 17 days & have spoken with Fayaz (Branch Manager), Christene (Franchise Manager), Marainus (Technical Manager) & Vorushka (Operations Manager) & still NOBODY can tell me what is wrong with my phones or assist me in getting my phones back to me. The phones have yet to be assessed. I have insisted on BRAND NEW phones as I don't want repaired phones that are less than a month old. But absolutely NOTHING! All I am being told is that someone will get back to me with an update. I am phoning EVERY DAY because NOBODY at Nashua bothers to follow up. So I am paying R800 a month for phones I don't have & my current expenses because of these faulty phones is currently sitting at R4000 - (2 spare phones later, petrol costs travelling to Nashua & time off work trying to sort this out). TERRIBLE!!!
