Abysmal lack of management

My 4 month old new blackberry played up eventually stopped working - Nashua cited water damage - not so.. After 14 years as a client I have had bad moments with Nashua but this time it has been abysmal, arrogant management hiding behind their staff and a plethora of broken promises. This is my second appeal to you guys, Nashua never came back to me as you reported, I will now go to consumer watch.
This week alone, I have left three messages on the typical answering machine practice that epitomises Nashua management. Bianca promised me last week, that finally, a replacement phone was in the process of being sent to me. Here we are another week later and still nothing - typical Nashua Mobile. In the meantime, over the past few months of this saga, they have continued to charge me for a Blackberry phone that I do not have?! Where to now?
