Poor Service Delivery on ADSL Installation!

I applied for my ADSL connection 4 WEEKS ago. I had to phone the call centre repeatedly and even had to visit their offices in person, but it still took 3 weeks just to install my line (test & enable an existing cabled connection). This was done on the 22nd of April, and I received my ADSL router the following day, and when I tried to install it, it kept saying "Check DLS connection to Router". Upon calling the call centre, they tested my line remotely, and told me there was something wrong with it, one person saying that the line isn't "syncing"., and only the person assisting on Thursday logging a fault repot again.By Friday afternoon no one contacted me yet, so I went to their offices again, where they said they are contacting the Area Manager to spped up action on my complaint, quoting "3 days turn-around" on their Techs, which I said was unacceptable. On Monday I only received an SMS message saying: "Dear Customer your report reference 692CTK250413 was restored. If the problem still exists please contact us on..." The connection is still the same, and their site shows my complaint as "CLOSED". NO ONE CARES, they still send me the bill!!!
