May I please take this opportunity in requesting that a major investigation please take place on this matter of mine, a meeting I had with Mahali and Edwin, I particular called Edwin as a team leader manager call it as you wish as I needed 100% clarity on what is going wrong in your organization

My phone was in MAKRO YESTERDAY (I immediately in the makro office took the matter up with Thebogo that 100% assured me that he has stopped my sim card and black listed it the reference number 12431907 was given (I was assured by Mahali in the presence of Edwin and your other staff member that the stop was not done???

I then requested that this please be done immediately, Mahali completed forms and according to her she is sending it through to the HEAD OFFICE - SO NOT QUITE SURE IF THIS HAS NO BEEN DONE

MY ONE AND ONLY REQUEST WAS, Could your company as I have been a client of yours for the past since 2001 (please consider if at all possible bring my date forward to upgrade) Edwin told me he would get back to me directly, only for me to receive a call browm Bronwyn I think??? No explanation why it cannot be done.

Shocking service, just shocking!
