ADSL line never gets fixed

I have an ADSL line that has been down since 20 November 2012. I reported the line and received a reference number. Since that date I receive an sms stating that the line has been restored without even checking with me first. That then requires me to recall the call centre and report the line still out of order. This has been going on since that date. No-one has contacted me to tell me what the problem is. Calling 10210 each time gives me a call centre operator who can give me no information and can only add an escalation on my fault. Telkom hides behind their call centre and there is no complaints number for bad service. Taking my frustrations out on the poor call centre employees does not help either. With all the escalations done on my faulty line I would think I would be priority number 1 in the country. My problem is I need an ADSL line, I cannot resort to wireless connection of any sort.
