Unable to repair fault

We have a dropped connection on our ADSL every 10 minutes or so. Each time we log a call, a technician attends, check's on the roof or the pole that the cable is working. We however are losing connection between every 10 to 60 minutes on a regular basis, logged on the ADSL router.
I believe it is the line, but we are unable to prove it. Telkom may believe it is the router but are unable to confirm. However, if I log a fault, there is no means to upload the logs proving the problem, and the call is closed as resolved, however it obviously is not as it repeats.
We require personal assistance from someone who can accept the logs, and help us analyse the problem rather then the anonymous problem logging site where nothing is resolved.
Can you provide me with such a person?
