E: Still NOTHING!!! After WEEKS and MONTHS!!!

On 18 April I got a response from Telkom, stating that my problem had been resolved on 5 April! I disputed this, and sent the following email to their HP addy.

I just posted on HP again, and got the following response:

Hello StockloseS,

Thank you for your post.

Our records indicate that on the 05 April 2013 you were contacted with feedback and advised that the line is working.

We will escalate this matter again and give feedback.

HE clearly states I was contacted. Please provide this email that was supposedly sent to me, and confirm which landline he is supposedly referring to??? also, please note what my initial complaint on HP included and note that I did not complaint about a line not working!!! I am extremely dissapointed!!! This is getting ridiculous!!!

I received no response what so ever!!! what is going on??? I demand to see the records showing I was contacted and the resolution offered to me and that I accepted said resolution!
