ON 13 MARCH 2013 I SUBMITTED A COMPLAINT TO HELLO PETER AND RECEIVED A SHORT REPLY FROM MUVO THUSI AT THE ESCALATION CENTRE QUOTING ESCALATION REF NUMBER ARS223855.
STILL!!! NO RESPONSE HAS BEEN RECEIVED FROM TELKOM???!!!
THIS IS BAD SERVICE AT ITS WORST!!! I AM CURRENTLY MAKING AN ATTEMPT TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THE OMBUDSMAN AS THIS IS PATHETIC SERVICE FROM A COMPANY AS BIG AS WHAT TELKOM IS.
I ALSO PLAN TO GO THE MEDIA IF I DO NOT RECEIVE A SATISFACTORY SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM REPORTED IN MY COMPLAINT MENTIONED ABOVE WITHIN THE NEXT 7 DAYS!!
