10 working days no ADSL Line. Losing 1 Million rand

We are moving office premises and all our communications are based on VOIP. We applied for new ADSL Lines and Telkom sent us communication our ADSL lines would be installed on the 16th April. It is 10 working days later and we do not have the promised lines installed we scheduled our move in conjunction with this promise of installation from Telkom. Our entire business is now at a standstill we also are paying rent for premises due to occupation without generating income. Telkom Head Office are not answering their phones, I have called them 10 times today to lodge a call with the CEO'S Office, they have answered the phone twice and cut me off, the other 8 calls are futile as they do not answer their calls. I have lost 1 million rand in revenue the last 10 days due to this poor service. I am invoicing Telkom for loss of income.
