No response on queries

I posted a complaint on hellopeter about my telkom account, cause i received a email that i owe them about R600. i was contacted by Muvo G. Thusi from and told that they actually owe me the money. i send him two emails to enquire how i will be refunded, with no response from him. i dont want my account to be credited because i have had enough of telkom and want to close my line. i am tired of disputing my account every month. i want the money to be paid in my account.
