Telephone line has been out of order for the past 15 days. Reported online. Ref provided and is in hand. Next day message received informing that it has been resolved. Send another online report saying that the service is still out of order. Receive a response that according to records the fault has been restored. Again I report and again the same response. This over a five day period and still no service!!! Would seem that no one can take accountability or are unable to understand what they read.!!

Internet has also been reported as not working properly, intermittent and download speed of 20kbs. Reply received it has been escalated, ticket will be closed? Next mail received according to records problem resolved?
