The first guy on site told me there was a problem 90 meters away on the line. And that it was the problem of another division. He will report it to them. Then i got message problem resolved. This has happened now over and over as you can see.

Im doing bussiness from home too. But the adsl line gets dropped anything between 3 secs and 15 mins. almost never any longer period, it stays online.

I have used Afrihost Mifi to alleviate the problem. But im paying double for one company's mistake.

For the past month of so i can also not use the phone connected to the adsl line. I told the last technician this and that i suspect the splitter might have a problem, but he said we need to sort the main problem first. I appreciate that, but then one expect the problem to be solved soon. This is now 5weeks late
