Good day

I have reported this on the 1st December 2013, fault report number 56CRK011213.
This fault is still open and no comments were added to this fault report.
I have made numerous phone calls to 10210 number requesting when fault be rectified.
I also contacted myBB forum and reported to the relevant person.
This was the reply.
" The dlam you are connected to is marked for congestion and linked to a network ref 86BRK070813 due to congestion. Sorry to say your port cannot be moved to another closer dslam as there is none available.
The dslam will need to be upgraded which has been earmarked to be done
The ETR dates is not available."
This to me is a concern ETR dates not availble. Telkom response is clear problem identified, need to be rectified. No dates are set. Can we get this problem sort out. I'm paying for a service but don't receive the service I'm paying for.
I have escalated the issue but never received any correspondance. This is poor service delivery.

Please look into the problems and supply me dates when the issues will be resolved.
