Vodacom giving me the run around

Please can some call me regardin gmy matter. i have a Blackberry Bold handset on contract with Vodacom.the phone went in twice for a repair. the second time it was irrepairable and they replaced it with a refurbished phone thatis not in good working order. i have brought it to Vodacoms attention who insist that i must bring it back for another repair. it just came back from a repair less than a week ago. i have afforded them the opportinity to fix my phone and it is obious they cannot get it right. i have also mentione to them that the phone i sent in for repairs the second time was a phone i bought brand new and now they issueing me with a refurbished one without any paperwork to prove that i am the legal owner should i want to sell it.
i have lost valuable information on the phone becuase they werent able to restore it during this time i lost business. i was issued a loan phone for the period only after i complined and may i mention that the Bold is a high model phone which i am paying a hefty subcription for and im ot getting any joy out of using it.
i also haveanother matter with Kgare Mokwena which i am not happy with, could you please assist me regarding it.
