My phone and internet line has been having problems since last weekend. I have reported the problems online on the telkom website. I received emails and auto-reply email saying the matters are resolved. My phone is still not working, it just makes a constant noise when I pick it up, I can't make calls or receive calls. My internet is lagging nonstop, ping is going up and down, it also disconnects when one of the lights on the router keeps going red. It becomes impossible to do anything online with the permanent lag and disconnection.
My first report was Support #433319. Yesterday I reported the problem again Support #434216? and I have not heard anything since. We have a long weekend now and how can we do anything online or make calls?
