The absolute worst customer service I ever experienced, started with me having to interrupt Donna and a male coworker to ask if they could help me. The male coworker gave me a look of disapproval before lifting himself out of the chair for my wife to sit down. Halfway through the upgrade process she discovered that there was a outstanding payment fro January that needs to be settled before the upgrade can be processed. The only solution according to her is to get the proof of payment and email it to someone at MTN. The fact that every month the account gets paid by eft for the last 6 years without fail did not count for a thing. Now we have to travel all the way to a mall again to try to upgrade and renew our contract once we win the battle to try and solve the mystery of the account that is in arrears according to MTN. The feeling of helplessness is overwhelming!!!
