In April a upgrade was made in my name. After HOURS of sorting this out by getting an affidavit from the police, having my sim card blocked, then unblocked and FINALLY having my phone in use; I was pleased to get a call from Cell C to say I was eligible an upgrade.

I did so, and while in the process of upgrading to another package whereby I would be paying more money per month to get the Galaxy S4. I was told that I could NOT in fact upgrade as I was behind on payments; and would need to pay on time and in full for the next three months before being considered for an upgrade, despite having paid on time for the last several years of being a Cell C customer.

My problem is this: My account was ALWAYS settled via debit order and without my knowledge or consent this was changed. Why am I now being punished for something that from the beginning has not been my fault? I would like to remain a loyal customer and I would like to take advantage of an excellent deal on offer. I feel that despite being a loyal customer, I am being messed around by being told I qualify for an upgrade and then told that in fact I don't. Some help to resolve this once and for all will be appreciate
