Very very disappointed

I am a customer with cell c for over 6 years, they go on about what a valued customer i am which is utter nonsense.
i call the call center for an upgrade which is due and no one has the decency to call me to tell me about than and only than they realize i'm in arrears of R61 on my main account . so i cant do the upgrade as soon as i put the phone down yo make payment of a lousy R61 cause they refused to do the upgrade they than block my phone . eventually i sort the payment out i speak to mpho for my upgrade she asks if she can email me the terms and conditions for my new upgrade for the i phone 5 cause its 5 pages long too long to read which was fine, but no email has come i sent her 3 emails requesting this email to finalize my upgrade as i am leaving on Saturday morning away for business and have called 3 times but still no response!!

this is nonsense, i have a contract with mtn and think cell c should learn from them how to treat long standing customers!!! ILL BE SURPRISED IF I EVEN GET ANY FEEDBACK FROM THIS COMPLAINT!!!
