Even your complaints department is super slow

I complained about your bad service then get told by TK a Siso would contact me... And ja.. Even that promise failed to happen still waiting for him to call... I have the same issue with vodacom atleast they did contact me and try resolve it...

This has gone from useless to pathetic...
