Cell C

I suddenly got billed for knows what, R6.00 a day and I haven't purchased anything neither have I subscribed to any service. After contacting the local Cell C outlet the debits going off were stopped, but was tld that the monies already debited on my account will have to be paid!! The more I explained I had nothing to do with it the more they just shrugged their shoulders. Cell C and these third party are colluding, if you consider I haven't subscribed or purchased anything. Cell C is collecting money on their behalf illegally! For the simple reason I haven't authorize them to debit my account. Their actions are nothing short of. I currently have three running contracts with them, AND NONE WILL BE RENEWED WITH CELL C!!! Incompetence got new meaning when trying to sort this problem.
