Cell c is beyond terrible!!!

My account was in arrears whereas i made payment neccesary one week ago. It's cost me R150.00 just to call the call centre everytime from my own Vodacom account, as i'm unable to do anything from my Cell c number.

During my effort and R150.00 later, three consultants hanging up on me, waiting more than an hour to resolve this i finally managed to get my line active again!!

I couldnt believe it to be honest, but yes, miracles does still happen.

Did i mention that my line has been inactive for about 6 months? Last month was the only month my debit order didnt went through.

I failed to succeed in managing to resolve that issue, despite calling two times for them to try and resolve it.

I am deeply dissapointed.

PS. Please don't respond if you're a Cell C representative. I'm not looking for apologies etc.

I simply want to show the world how pathetic your service is.
