CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER CONTACT ME PLEASE!!!

Countless calls to call centre, numerous emails to CEO escalations department, several visits to Cell C shop, three reports on Hellopeter and endless requests for a manager from Cell C to contact me and still no resolution to the issue, or call from a manager.

After my last report on Hellopeter last week, I was contacted by the call centre and after five minutes advised that the manager will contact me. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE CALL.!!!

Surely at this point you would agree that your call centre staff are incapable of resolving the issue and my request to have the issue escalated to a manager is warranted.

If anyone reading this has the direct contact details (Email and / or Cell no.) for Allan Knot Craig, please SMS them to me at 0842061677, as I would like to take up my issue with him.

I am sick and tired of dealing with useless (customer service consultants) that cannot resolve the problem.

If you employ one competent manager within the customer service department, now is the time for that person to contact me.

I love the Internet. Guaranteed I'll have Allan's details within a week.

Hope your manager gets to me before I get to Allan.
