Cell C
Impossible to resolve

I am yet again struggling to get hold of someone at Cell C.
I complained about poor service a few weeks ago and was told Siso would call me but have yet to speak to him and have been told there is no line to his office.
I was on hold for 35minutes this morning trying to through to repairs re: my iphone (the problem to begin with) and tried again a while later only to be put on hold for the same period of time. I never actually got through, but I see a pattern developing and refuse to waste anymore of my day.
I requested a new unit as my phone has been in for repairs twice for the same problem but Cell C seems to be avoiding the issue.
I am now without a phone and cannot get hold of anyone! Such poor service! I hate Cell C.
