TELKOM BUSINESS LINE OUT OF ORDER - 7 DAYS!!

Our business line and ADSL were interrupted on 15 May 13. I immediately reported the problem. On 16 May I was tracking the fault report. To my surprise, NO report has been logged by the operator. I logged another report on 16 May - fault nr. 100ATK160513. A follow-up was done today just to find out that Telkom can only fix the network outage by June 7th!!! Capitec and Standard bank are situated right next to my business, same adress, but their lines are working fine. It was fixed by telkom on Friday 17th of May already!!! Why does Telkom give big business preference while we pay the same rates? Why did Telkom not fix my line on that same day? I assume we are all using exactly the same cable and network??!! Your service and feedback is just non existant. Your company complaint structure is ridiculous - nobody can take responsibility and refer it back to Telkom technical support. Clients cannot speak with technical at all!!! Shame on you Telkom Management! The number at stake: 012-8002333
