ADSL - Telkom not bothering to Fix my 4meg line

I have logged a call more than once with Telkom to fix my 4meg ADSL line. The line speed is intermittent and has high latency and pings. A technician from Telkom came and finally determined that the line fault is underground at some "joint". He was going to escalate the problem to the cables department. Only to find out that the technichian closed the fault the very next day.

Phone Telkom and you have to explain the whole problem again from the start. The call centre cannot pick this underline problem up and keeps on telling me I will need to pay for unnecessary call out fees.!!! Not to mention that Telkom expects me to pay my bill every month for a 4meg service that I do not receive.

I work oversees and this ADSL service is the only way for me to connect with Skype to my family using video. Due to Telkom's pathetic service and inability fix my line fault I cannot communicate with my family daily as we would like to.

All I am asking for is to give me the service that I am paying for!! TELKOM - YOUR SERVICE IS PATHETIC!!
