First of all, on countless efforts I have asked Vodacom to retrieve my itemised billing for the month of January. I sent all the required documents, and more than a month has passed without hearing anything from them.

Secondly, I have phoned the 082 1958 number to cancel a contract, only to be told they are offline, and I must call back in 30 minutes. I asked them why thy can't call me back, and then asked to speak to a supervisor, only for the phone to be put down in my ear.

Thirdly I phoned back, and spoke to Matlakala, and asked her to speak to a supervisor and I was told there is no one available, I must call back in an hour.

I have 10 Vodacom contracts, and really would like to cancel them from Vodacom and go to another network. The funny thing about their call centre is that nobody has a name that nobody can understand or pronounce, so you have to ask them to spell it for you. A big company like this, should employ competent people.

VERY UNHAPPY and would never recommend Vodacom. Once they close the deal, that's it and your after-service is PATHETIC!!!
