Vodacom owes me money

On the 5th of April 2013 i requested a cancellation quotation which was sent out to me showing that Vodacom owes me R548.75 due to me being on a GAP contract and paid a deposit of R1150 when the contract started. So i have sent in the relevant documentation back which includes The signed premature cancellation qoute, my ID and account details for the funds to be paid into. This morning the 8th April 2013 i recieved an email saying... "Please be advised that the premature cancellation payment has to be paid in cash it cannot be debited, please make the payment and send the signed premature cancellation quote, id copy and the proof of payment to [Email Removed] My request number is EC-ZHQX-2PYISY. Please have a look into this as you owe me i DO NOT owe you anything and please start hiring staff that can read and think instead being robotic fools.
