Yet again! Can you ever get it right?

I upgraded a contract on Saturday 20th April. I was supposed to get 200mg of data, 200 sms's yet MTN did not load the services correctly. I called 808 and was told this would be rectified. That was on Monday. On Tuesday I called again and was told to go to Morningside to sort the matter out. Really? What do you have call centres for, if they cannot fix the problems. I went to Morningside yesterday, and Bassi assured me that he would sort the matter out. STILL NOT RECTIFIED!! Now I am being charged for data I should have received when I upgraded. Get real MTN! Must I pack the phone back in the box and return it and cancel my upgrade, just to get some attention? Is it impossible to get it right first time? Is it impossible to rectify first time? This is a blatant breach of contract! MTN offer the services and fail to give them to customers! Nothing short of disgusting!
