I upgraded my contract on 04/07/13, when I phoned on 05/07/13 to load extra data on the contract I was advised that the branch have not upgraded the contract correctly. the lady that I spoke to at the call centre refused to help me and bluntly said that I will have to go back to the branch to get it sorted out. after a long fight I went back to the branch where I was assured by the branch manager that the contract has been upgraded correctly. Trusting him I went back home only to find out on 13/07/13 when I phoned 808 again as my data bundles has not updated. I was then told that it will update 12:00 that night and that I should phone back the following the day. I then phoned again 14/07/13 and to my surprise I was told that the contract was not upgraded correctly. I then spoke to Brenda (supervisor) and she promised to sort it out and get back to me. she phoned me on Monday 15/07/13 wanting the contract and I told her that I don't have it with me she should phone the branch and get back to me. never phoned me back and when I phoned yesterday I was told that she will only be back on Friday. again I have to wait for an answer. the call centre is pathetic and so the ombudsm
