Data was not automatically loaded to mine and my mother's account when we both upgraded.
I had to call in to get my mom's data sorted which should have happened at upgrade.
Ref: 97704924 - The charges were reveresed but still do not have confirmation that it will be laoded automatically each month.
Then for mine, Ref: 98326071, I get told it takes 2-24 hours, then call after 24 hours to get told 2-3 working days.
So I now have no data and have to buy a bolt on. So, I need my data or alternatively, I need MTN to reverse charges on all data purchased after the 11/03/2013 as that is when my data was supposed to be loaded.
It would also be nice if you paid me for having to follow up with your staff to do their jobs and load data on an upgraded contract, twice.
What are you paying your staff for? I expect a phone call immediately to rectify this and expect more than just my data loaded as compensation as you guys are in breachof my upgrade contract and then the 2-24 hour rule as initially stated.
