Upgrade billing nonsense!

I received my upgrade on 20 Aug 13 from a BB to a Samsung. My package obviously changed with the upgrade. Yet on my next invoice I was still being billed for BB services and my OLD package & FOR EXTRA DATA used on my Samsung. When I called Cell C I was told that I upgraded 2 months early & my new package would kick in after 2 months & that I was supposed to be told this when I upgraded & should have bought a data package for my Samsung as not covered by BB package. If I was told this, I would have! My Samsung contract also includes SMS's. So last month I called Cell C to cancel the sms bundle for November as my Samsung contract would apply from then. I've just received my invoice from Cell C & sms bundle still on invoice! Urghhh! I called Cell C to ask for a refund & was told that there is no record of my call to cancel! So I again requested it to be cancelled, only to be told that she can't & would have to escalate it. No wonder it wasn't done the first time. My upgrade has been handled very badly. The upgrade was done directly with Cell C, surely they should handle the billing side of things! Ridiculous! Will think twice when next upgrade is due!
