MTN in breach of contract

MTN advertise packages, and yet they bill the customers in contravention of the contracts signed. I upgraded my account, and was supposed to get the following:
R 200 airtime, 200Mg of data, 200 SMS's and 30 free minutes to MTN numbers.
I am being charged for data from the first Kb. I only have 25 SMS's showing, and the calls to MTN are all charged, from the first minute.
This is totally unacceptable, in breach of the agreement, and I want to cancel this upgrade, return the phone, and end the relationship with a company that is so unethical.
The alternative is that you fix your billing systems and credit my account appropriately!
Unacceptable, MTN. In fact, despicable, unethical, and probably illegal!
