I upgraded on my contract in October 2013. Ever since I have had problems with my phone. I went to them 2 times now regarding this and no help at all. First time a few settings, second time - I was told I need to pay for a new Sim - the things is I upgrade to a Samsung S4 and had to pay for a new Sim as this device is not compatible with a normal Sim - you must use a mini Sim. So I paid for my Sim when I upgraded. Now they want me to pay again for a new Sim, because that one is faulty. WHY must I pay for a new Sim if the one that I bought from them is faulty. I will not pay a cent! Cell C Brooklyn is and there staff is worst. When I upgraded the lady forgot the active my 1 GB data, so for the last 2 months, I have been paying for data, data that was included in my contract, and then they say they must investigate before they can load a credit on my profile. Cell c breached there contract when they offered me a service and I signed for that service and didn't't provide me that service. Now they come with all sort of storey's why it was not activated. The day I signed that contract was the day you were suppose to provide me with the service in the contract - Not 3 months late
