Still not resolved. We are nearly in the 4th month

Hello MTN. I think there is some confusion here. After multiple attempts to resolve my issue, to date you have made only promises. Yes, plenty promises and nothing happened. I got so frustrated that I requested you take your back. Then more promises followed. Eventually I was informed that MTN was in the wrong and a bag was promised- this was 2 weeks ago. The agent said he was going to call me back the very next day. 2 weeks later, surprise! nothing. I am over with your shoddy service. Came pick your equipment. This is no longer a friendly request. Next step will be the ombudsman and press. I have ALL the communication between us. Come pick up your and we part ways. Thank you!!! Your service levels are up to! Not 1 person have stepped up to get this resolved.. Not one!
