None existing support - absolutely useless

Took my phone into head office four ways 5 weeks ago because my phone was no longer charging. My phone had a small crack on the LCD which was there for about a year and a half before the charging of the phone stopped working.

Firstly in the 5 weeks with them, I have had a call center agent call me only twice with information on the status of my phone and this is only after I had called them as they were none responsive of this matter and took days before returning my call

They sent an SMS to me for damages of over R5000 for a charging mechanism. Requested a full technical report on what failed and what was the cause of the failure is. Got promised this 2 weeks ago. Did not get a response. Then the technical report was the quote. Then I went into the store as I had got no feedback from them again. Again promises was made and nobody did anything. To date I have not received a report to warrant the failure if the device oar justify why I should pay for any damages and what failed.

Sent stinking mails with no response. Went again into the store on Monday and gain promises was made with no response. There service is absolutely useless and terrible. Don't give them business
