I'd like to relay my deepest dissatisfaction with the service I received from Rochester with my recent purchase of a dining room set. We purchased our dining set on the 19th January 2013 at the Strubensvalley Rochester. We were promised it would be delivered that week following. Nothing was delivered not even an update from the sale agent. After calling the agent, all we got was excuses and empty promises. Then he promised it would be delivered on such and such a date, so we take off work only to find the delivery does not arrive. Fro two weeks this went on up until I requested my money back. The sales agent then got Head Office to arrange delivery. Items arrive more than 2 weeks later and the table was chipped, the chairs were wrong, 8 chairs were ordered, 6 came in cream and 2 in brown. Wish I knew why. Now when we try to contact Rochester, we get told "I'll get back to you". Again time was taken off work and again stock has not arrived. I just wish they could communicate. Never will I buy from Rochester again. Poor Service, bad communication, bad quality products and that no care attitude.
