Changed jobs end Aug 2012. Salary date changed from 20th to 28th. Tried to change debit order date for home loan since Oct no success. Calling home loans CC to change DO date. Agents keep promising to change. Never executed. A few debit orders returned as a result. I kept phoning to resolve. Promises made to change, never changed. Std Bank suspended by access bond. Called again to resolve, agents promised to resolve, no resolution. Escalated to team leader, promised to resolve & call me back, never called back. I called again to speak to the team lead, she never put any notes re issue. I have requested to pull all my calls for the entire year, listen to them and resolve hold on my access bond. Charged admin fees for the returned debits, also not resolved. Just spoke Sharon (very competent/helpful) confirmed supervisor never put notes, call not reflecting. Sugg I escalate to complaints to speed up things & get resolution. I am also escalating to ombudsman. Error on Std banks's side and I am held accountable, no service, feedback, no follow up, promises never meet including leaders. Unacceptable! As an ex employee of Home Loans CC shocked at how bad things have become. Moving!
