Change of Address and after 9 calls still nothing!

After changing the address the old service was discontinued. The new service was pegged for the incorrect address, which was changed middle December. All the people at Telkom can tell me is that the previous agent did not do the changes and there is nothing they can do... Everyone promises to get it changed and promises to follow up email and telephone call - but nothing...

Tuesday the person tells me it is because the GPS data was not updated and also promised this was finally resolved... OK - let us see?

Sonja, the supervisor in the call centre spoken to on Monday promised... When I told her she was the 7th person making promises she responded "I am not the other people - I keep my promises to my customers! "... So why am I not surprised she did not email or follow up???

If this was one of my staff they would have been on a disciplinary for such gross behaviour!
